Tyrone Williams

Tyrone Williams is a Business Development Specialist and Administrative Officer who brings a strong background in public service, project management, and community advocacy. He joins the BA from the City of Boston, where he most recently served as Special Assistant to the Chief of the Worker Empowerment Cabinet. In this role, he supported citywide initiatives aimed at advancing labor equity, economic mobility, and workforce development.
Tyrone is also the Co-Founder of the Follow My Steps Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping underserved communities overcome socioeconomic barriers through mentorship, career development, and financial literacy programs. Tyrone also holds both a bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. His work reflects a deep commitment to equity, opportunity, and sustainable community growth.
