The Salem State University Assistance Corporation (SSUAC) encourages you to use the SSUAC Records/Information Requests Form to make a records/information request of Salem State University Assistance Corporation. This will help expedite our response. You may also send written requests by mail, email, fax or hand deliver. It is the voluntary practice of the SSUAC to consider and to respond to records requests on a case-by-case basis.
