The Enterprise Center at Salem State University has several options for your business to consider if this describes your circumstances. Our office spaces and meeting rooms provide the perfect opportunity for organizations that are evolving and growing, all within a community that is draped in innovation and entrepreneurship.

About the Enterprise Center 

The Enterprise Center may be right for your growing business if you are looking for space, technology, and an environment of entrepreneurialism. 

Our 53,000 square foot, single-story building is located at the heart of the university where business innovation is an important part of the fabric of the environment. We currently have office spaces for one or two individuals or larger spaces with individual offices for you and your employees.

Our location is also convenient to access via the downtown Salem and Commuter Rail station (.9 mile) and the Salem Ferry (1 mile). By MBTA we suggest the bus stop on Central Campus/Loring Avenue. If you are traveling by car we have free parking near our building where you and your co-workers can access the campus and all it has to offer. 

Not only are our rental rates competitive, but we have lots of surrounding features that may interest your team members including; a Starbucks, multiple dining areas, an Electric Vehicle Charging Station, an ATM, and a bike share on campus for easy travel. 

Within our offices, we offer conference rooms, copiers, fax machines, public Wi-Fi, and multiple options for conference room setups with audio and visual components for your meetings. 

Our Conference Room Options 

In addition to workspaces for lease, we have several options for your meetings with clients and employees alike. 

Sullivan Training Room is our largest meeting area available to accommodate up to 120 people depending upon the configuration of the room. The room can be split in half with a retractable wall allowing for a smaller space or use the full width which allows for the maximum capacity. 

The Harrington Conference Rooms A and B and 860 Conference Room are also meeting room options. Harrington A and B are connected and can accommodate between 20-25 people when the two rooms are opened. Harrington A alone will allow for 12 while B allows for 8. 860 Conference Room allows for up to 10 people.
