Our single story, 53,000 square foot building is located on a vibrant and beautiful university campus. We currently have office spaces for one or two individuals or larger spaces with individual offices for you and your employees.

Who are the Enterprise Center Tenants?

Our Tenants range from start-ups to established companies –some are solopreneurs and others have employees.  The kaleidoscope of business at the Enterprise Center come together to create an interesting community of entrepreneurs with businesses focused on:

Conference Rooms

Sullivan Training Room:

This is the largest meeting space where most workshops are held.  The space is available  between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm from  Monday through  -Friday and 6:00 pm to-9:00pm on Monday – Thursday.

  • The Sullivan Training Room can be split in half with a retractable wall
  • Sullivan A can seat up to 25 in rows, 16 in a square, or about 20 at tables
  • Sullivan B can seat up to 35 in rows, 20 in a square and about 30 at tables
  • Sullivan A&B (the entire space) can seat 90 in rows (at the very max), 40 in a giant rectangle, and about 50 at tables

Harrington Conference Room & 860 Conference Room:

These Conference Rooms are available  between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm  Monday -Friday and 6:00 pm to -9:00pm on Monday – Thursday.

  • Room 860 seats up to 10 people
  • Harrington A seats up to 12 people
  • Harrington B seats up to 8 people
  • Harrington A&B (with retractable wall open) seats 20-25

Booking Conference space:

  • Bookings are made by contacting the  Enterprise Center Administrative Coordinator, Terry Brancato for Availability.
  • Bookings require the following information be provided:
    • Start time, end time
    • Type of Event (ie training, social event, etc.)
    • Name of Requester, phone number, email
    • Type of set-up: theatre style, rows of tables and chairs, square or U shape of tables, scattered tables, podium
    • Number of attendees
    • Food service requirements
    • Audio /Visual requirements
  • The Enterprise Center Administrative Coordinator, Terry Brancato,  will confirm via email the reservation and the Requester will be invoiced.
