This workshop is designed for startup businesses ready to turn an entrepreneurial idea into a profitable venture. Building a successful business requires tenacity, curiosity, courage, and the ability to recognize and leverage opportunities.
Participants will receive a practical startup checklist, actionable tips, and real-world insights on launching and growing a business. The workshop also addresses the many roles entrepreneurs must take on—beyond developing a compelling product or service, successful founders learn how to navigate accounting, sales, marketing, and other core business functions essential to long-term success.
