This workshop is designed for early-stage businesses preparing to grow beyond a one-person operation. Making the transition to hiring additional help is a significant business milestone, and doing it well is critical to sustainable growth.
Participants will learn essential practices for hiring and retaining the right people, whether contractors or employees, and how to align new talent with the real needs of the business. The session covers how to determine when to use contractors versus employees, craft clear and effective role requirements, and interview for the skills and capabilities you actually need—so new hires can contribute meaningfully from day one.
