Erin Powers, an instructional designer and trainer for the Operational Services Division for over eleven years, conducts classes for both the business community and public buyers. She has also served on several Strategic Sourcing Procurement Teams. Erin’s previous experience includes teaching public school and designing, delivering and managing executive training programs at Harvard University.

Kelly Gollobin has provided vendor training at OSD for three years, helping the business community to navigate the technical platform, COMMBUYS, as well as the policies around state procurement. Previously Kelly worked in workforce development as a technical trainer, job coach and business liaison for MassHire career centers.
