Take the fear and dread out of budgets and financials! In this workshop we will drill down into the essentials of budget development so your organization can effectively fundraise, reach mission goals, and plan for the future. We’ll go over how to read financial statements and strategies for aligning your accounting practices and budget development for effective financial management and forecasting. You will learn how to develop realistic annual and program budgets for your internal planning, and how to tweak these budgets so they are ready to submit with your grant applications.
