Lesley Tracy is currently working with SHAMBAUGH LEADERSHIP in women's leadership development and in creating inclusive cultures, providing executive coaching, thought leadership, and change management consulting. Lesley’s 25 years of experience consists of consulting to organizations in managing organization change, managing change for IT organizations, specializing in end user experience, and end user adoption. She has worked as a consultant with Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hewlett Packard, and Infosys, as well as consulting to Nationwide and EMC.
Lesley’s background is a unique blend of technology and psychology, well suited for her role in change consulting and coaching. Lesley has developed an understanding of the IT mindset in terms of strengths and weaknesses juxtaposed with the needs of end users and the changing IT landscape. She possesses deep insights in understanding the psychology of exclusion and how to help organizations and people replace rigid exclusive mindsets, with more flexible inclusive mindsets. Lesley’s focus is on business results, behavioral and cultural insights, and problem solving with creative and integrative solutions.
