Lauren Cope

As a Certified Coach, Lauren applies her business experience, coaching skills and assessment tools to help companies and individuals with Talent and Leadership Development and Team Alignment. This results in increased productivity and profitability. As owner and Vice President of a small firm for 12+ years, Lauren knows firsthand the joys and challenges of being an entrepreneur. She has been responsible for sales and marketing, corporate governance, buying out partners, and negotiating licensing agreements with Fortune 500 companies. During Lauren’s tenure, her company was awarded 15 patents and received two prestigious R&D 100 Awards (considered the “Oscars of Invention” R&D Magazine). Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, is a Certified Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst for DISC.
