Executive Summary
John’s goal as President/Owner of Headway strategy Consulting is to provide coaching and advisory assistance to individuals and organizations to help them; Convert Chaos into Structure, Bring new concepts into reality and Develop the supporting goals to achieve improved results. He brings over 40 years of experience working in different industries such as retail, manufacturing, distribution, insurance, aerospace and defense, and various services organizations in management or consultative roles. He has deep experience with developing, implementing and managing systems and processes. This experience has provided him with a unique perspective on people, process and technology associated with overall business operations that he can provide to his clients. In addition, he has been involved with youth organizations for over 20 years as a volunteer leader and trainer.

Most recently, John has begun to provide additional thought leadership for entrepreneurs, small and midsize business on his podcast series “Making Headway” which can be accessed through his website. He also hosts a local access cable show for the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce called “Voice of Business”. He written a book titled “The Compass Approach” which focuses on the organizational and leadership skills which are so important in running a business. He has started Peer to Peer CEO group for saller-mid sized businesses in the Boston area.
