Dr. Jose Perez

Dr. Jose Perez is an experienced entrepreneur with over 15
years of experience in business creation and strategy.
Currently the Co-owner of DPV transportation Worldwide,
Rami & Sons Plumbing, Roads Consulting Group & WeReach
Organization.
Dr. Perez has been awarded over 200 million dollars in
corporate bids and opened support satellite offices in Medellin,
Colombia, New York, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. In
addition, DPV Transportation has been awarded best places
to work by Boston Globe for two years consecutive 2020 &
2021. Dr. Perez was the winner of the best pivot award by the Greater New England
Minority Council for the most innovative and best pivot during the pandemic. His
company transitioned passenger buses to mobile vaccination units, which helped major
New England communities in massive vaccination efforts.
Dr. Perez is the founder of Roads Consulting Group a Business Strategy consulting
minority-owned firm that specializes in disadvantaged communities and businesses.
Through his firm, he has been able to help hundreds of businesses in beating the gap of
inequality. Currently leading efforts of technical assistance with governmental agencies
and private companies who are in a moment of distress due to unexpected economic
changes.
Today, Dr. Perez teaches at Baystate College, serves as a board member of Dorchester
Bay Economic Development, leads WeReach Inc, a local nonprofit that focuses on
workforce development, and oversees a few personal business/ investments. Dr. Perez
is a devoted member of the community who truly enjoys helping business owners achieve
their path to success by providing life and academic experiences that once he lived
through and endure.
