Debbie delivers engaging and experiential learning opportunities to groups looking to grow professionally and provides one on one career coaching to individuals in career transition.
She prides herself on developing engaging workshops – both in live in-person environments, in virtual platforms and in on-demand formats. A dynamic and warm facilitator, she works to maximize learning, customize content to meet attendees' needs and quickly get to the heart of the matter. She uses technology to make learning better. She works with coaching clients to clarify their key strengths, skills, values, experiences and motivations and to champion them to take risks and reach their professional goals.
Debbie has coached 100’s of individuals in career transition and developed and led dozens of workshops on topics related to career and leadership development.
Debbie has held roles within human resources as an internal recruiter, in the public sector within town government and public school systems, and in program management within medium to large non-profits.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Clark University, and a Masters of Arts degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
Debbie’s other full time job includes being a mom to her young children, Maya and Ben, and her senior dog, Miles and spending time with her dear husband Ethan. Her favorite place to be is outside – cycling, gardening hiking.
