The Established CEO Group is for CEO’s who have been in business more than three years with revenues less than $250,000-$800,000.

CEO Groups are made up of 8 to 10 non-competing business owners/CEOs and a professional facilitator. In the case of the Non-Profit Group, Executive Directors and a professional facilitator compose the Group. All Groups meets once a month at the Enterprise Center for three hours over the course of a year. At the first meeting the Group Members decide when they will meet, typically choosing a breakfast meeting that runs from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The professional facilitator manages the conversation and ensures that everyone gets the opportunity to put their concerns on the table and contribute to the discussion. These meetings are private, confidential and enormously beneficial. These meetings help you solve problems and take action to manage and overcome your ongoing business issues.

Stephen P. Webster

Stephen P. Webster, with over three decades of executive leadership and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, his view is radically different. Stephen appreciates and understands that complexity is pervasive across all aspects of our lives and that reducing and eliminating complexity leads to increased focus and greater business success. Simplification enables results and happiness.

Stephen has served as a business consultant and advisor for several years. He is skilled facilitator, strategist and operational expert, utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and other business process and prioritization tools to accelerate business change, performance and measurement.

His consulting successes include: R4 Technologies, Oceanos, OATSystems, Monetate, Venture Development Center, Digital Bungalow, Core DNA, IMN, Thumbspeak, Vigix, Virtual DBS and Sports Loyalty International. His leadership and operational successes include: eBay Enterprise, AccuData Integrated Marketing, Information Resources, Alteryx, Tactician Corp., ADVO, Engage Technology, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Bristol and PepsiCo.

In addition to his consulting efforts, Stephen serves on advisory boards for Maponics, a leading geo-spatial data company, coreDNA, a provider of Website-as-a-service technology and Onmilync, a technology provider enabling retailers and the evolving retail ecosystem with digital marketing and intelligence tools. Stephen is a member of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Christ Initiative Collaborative and serves on the Collaborative Task Force, Pastoral and Finance Councils.
