Start Up Tuesday – Mastering Financial Projections: Excel for Cash Flow Forecasting, Budgeting, and Business Management

If you can use Excel, you can develop a Cash Flow forecast.  You’ll learn how to overcome your reluctance to make future estimates of revenues and expenses. And we’ll discuss how your forecast can become a budget for comparison purposes down the line. Income Statements are a snapshot of the health of a business and the Balance Sheet is a measure of its survivability. Learn how to make them tools to better manage your business.
