Start Up Tuesday – How to Develop a Business Plan

Many small business owners have a plan but it may not be written down. At this workshop we’ll cover the major components of an annual plan and refer to potential strategic issues that could require additional funding. Participants could use this method to develop an annual budget to track progress against their goals.
