Creative Entrepreneurialism: Graphic Design, Product Development/Licensing and a Splash of Comedy Writing. Starting a business or launching a new product can be intimidating. But, with a promising idea plus planning, persistence, and personality, it can also be a positive experience and pleasantly profitable. In this fun and informative workshop, Jennifer will show us how she started her graphic design business and accompanying boutique line of greeting cards. She will offer an insider’s perspective on the greeting card industry, licensing, trade shows, Kickstarter campaigns, and how to sustain a referral-based business without losing your mind. Bring your questions and a sense of humor! A light lunch is included.
