As CEO of Wellfleet Enterprises, Inc., Stephen works with small and medium sized businesses to accelerate growth by eliminating internal barriers and focusing on the rapidly changing organizational, technology and competitive challenges they face.

Stephen is known for his unique ability to get to the root cause of issues and for his coaching and leadership skills that bring out the best in people. He is known for his practical, street-savvy and realistic style. Stephen’s fusion of real-life experiences and his collaborative problem solving approach enable him to create real and sustainable change for his clients.

He is skilled facilitator, strategist and operational expert, utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and other business process and prioritization tools to accelerate business change, performance and measurement.
