Patricia O'Neil Messer

Patty is a seasoned Human Resource Generalist with years of experience working with management teams to develop and support strategic HR initiatives. Her strength has been in building relationships with clients, understanding their business and partnering to add value. Prior to joining Insight in 2011, Patty worked in several industries, including software, telecommunications and financial services. Patty has a proven track record in managing successful recruitment campaigns. Her experience includes creating cost saving recruiting techniques and managing employee development within a corporation. She has a proven track record of hiring top notch staff that remains happy in their chosen environment, measured by consistent positive feedback from both the employee and senior management.

Patty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Merrimack College and is trained in Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), Profilor 360 feedback and other leadership development tools.


Kendra Bissonette

Kendra is a seasoned recruiter with many years experience sourcing for a variety of positions within professional services. She began her career in college relations, recruiting for internship and entry-level positions in accounting and auditing. She later managed the recruiting process for both entry-level and experienced positions within administration, finance, marketing, technology and facilities.

Before joining Insight, Kendra worked for Associated Industries of Massachusetts as a Director in their Employer’s Resource Group. Prior to that, Kendra spent 15 years at Deloitte where she held various roles within human resources. As an experienced recruiter, Kendra was responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for various open positions in offices throughout the Northeast Region. She also held prior positions as an Administrative Support Group Manager, Human Resource Generalist and College Recruiting Manager. Kendra earned a B.A. Degree, with honors, from Stonehill College and has completed additional graduate studies in Counseling and Human Resource Management at Suffolk University.
