Recruiting and Retention During Challenging Times

We have a new generation entering the job market with very specific needs and gifts, challenging businesses (no matter how large or small) in recruiting and retention. Businesses need to be flexible and shift into new ways of relating to employees, promoting employee-centric cultures with exemplary leadership, all resulting in greater productivity, earnings, hiring, and retention.

During this presentation, you will learn:

  • The differences between the generations, their needs, values, and expectations
  • The unique needs of young professionals (21 to 26) – So who ARE these young people and why are they so different from other work generations?
  • How to attract and retain these talented young people (what skills do you need)?
  • Tips for Success

Please join the Enterprise Center and Lesley Tracey, CEO of Changing Behaviors Consulting for this in-person workshop.

This informative in-person workshop is offered at no cost and is being sponsored in partnership with the North Shore Alliance for Economic Development.
