Successfully managing a project requires effective planning and adherence to the industry’s best practices in every step of the process. By understanding the fundamentals of project management, you will be better prepared to initiate a project in your organization and position it for success. In this course, you will identify effective project management practices and their related processes.
This 2-day program will allow the small business the ability to leverage basic Project management values to ensure success in the execution of their projects.
Morning/afternoon refreshments, lunch and all materials are included in the cost of the program.

-Basics of Project Management
-Tracking and communicating project status and issues
-Risk Management for projects
-Applying Agile Project Management to adapt quicker to market needs
