Fran Dichner

Fran Dichner is Owner, President, and CEO of R&L Associates and the Aries Group. She determines the vision, sets the course for, and provides the leadership for both companies. The Aries Group is a national provider of contract and direct hire engineers. R&L Associates is celebrating its 40th Anniversary year of providing temp and direct hire staffing solutions. Fran has been the President/CEO of parent company R&L Associates, Inc. since 2000 and assumed this role with the Aries Group in 2003.

Under Fran’s leadership, both companies have grown to their multi-million dollar revenue status. Since assuming her CEO role, R&L Associates has been recognized as a Top 100 Women Led Business in Massachusetts. Fran has been recognized as a North Shore Distinguished Leader, a National Stevie Award Winner and A Businesswoman of the Year by several Chambers and Women’s organizations. She is currently serving as a Forum Committee Representative on WBENC’s National Women’s Forum and has served as Boston President of NAWBO, a National Women’s Business Group. Fran currently serves and has served on several business and non-profit boards including Beverly Cooperative Bank, Beverly Rotary, Girl’s Inc., and Salem State University.
