MassHire Rapid Response Team Webinar: Unemployment Programs For Businesses & Workers

The Enterprise Center at Salem State University and North Shore Alliance for Economic Development invite you to join MassHire’s Rapid Response Team for an interactive webinar that will provide up-to-date details on the various Unemployment Programs currently available for businesses and workers in Massachusetts.

The Rapid Response Team will review information for and about:

Traditional and Self-employed Workers.

Furloughs versus Layoffs

The Commonwealth’s WorkShare Program that permits businesses to temporarily reduce the hours worked by employees and allows those employees to collect unemployment insurance on the days not worked.

In addition, all other business loan programs will be reviewed. The session will allow attendees to ask questions at the end of the presentation and provide contact information for future questions that might arise.
