At this Local Food networking event you will be able to tour the fastest-growing shared commercial kitchen and culinary incubator in the Boston area, at Stock Pot Malden’s “Polka Dot Kitchen” (as profiled in the Boston Herald and Dig Boston). In addition to product retailers and wholesalers, Stock Pot has outfitted its space especially for mobile entrepreneurs, particularly food trucks and gourmet meal delivery services.  Entrepreneurs that rent the kitchen space not only get access to a world-class kitchen, but ongoing one-on-one consultation with the staff of business, finance/accounting, regulatory and culinary experts.  In some cases, the company provides investment capital in businesses that are ready to grow.  Join us as we learn about this space and the business model supporting Stock Pot’s brilliant vision!
