Jim Panagas

Jim Panagas is a writer, marketer, and business communications strategist who works with software and technology companies on a global basis to overcome marketing challenges.

An accomplished marketer, writer, and strategist, he has appeared on camera (watch his interview on the CMS-Connected webTV show) and his articles have appeared in publications such as CMS-Connected, CMSWire, EContent, Loyalty360, and Website Magazine.

Jim has been working at the VP / Director level for 15 years. His most recent assignment was Director of PR & Analyst Relations for Kentico Software, a Content Management Software (CMS) company based in central Europe. Prior to that, he served as VP of Marketing for a $1B business unit of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) that specialized in compliance and payment solutions. Before that, Jim was Vice President of Marketing for Taxware–A First Data Company, a $20M business that produced a bolt-on sales tax calculation engine for leading ERP platforms including SAP and Oracle. From the mid 90’s through the early 2000’s, Jim worked as an Agency Founder, providing virtual marketing services for software and technology businesses spread across North America.
