Today’s work environment is unlike any we have seen – technology driven, flexible, fast-paced. Millennial employees think and act differently from older workers as well.  learn the managerial skills you need to lead and motivate employees ages 18-38, from hiring and setting expectations to retaining them for more than a year to two.

Jill Santopietro

Jill Santopietro Panall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the owner and chief consultant at 21Oak HR Consulting, LLC, where she provides outsourced HR services to small businesses, start-ups and non-profits that don't have credentialed HR professionals on staff. Jill's background includes nearly 20 years in HR at large, Fortune-500 companies and she helps to scale down big business best practices to the appropriate level for her small-biz clients, which include companies in the high-tech, engineering, manufacturing/production, creative, retail, legal and non-profit fields in seven states. Jill is a graduate of the Choate Rosemary Hall school and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduate work at the University of Connecticut at Storrs, she began working in the HR field and has pursued her HR education over the years, receiving the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2005 and the Society for HR Management's Senior Credentialed Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2015. Jill lives in the North Shore of Boston with her husband and toddler son. Her family volunteers with Historic New England and with the Anchor of Hope Diaper Bank. www.21oakhr.com
