Steve has been an eSource franchise coach for 15 years, assisting hundreds of individuals with the Free Franchise Education and Discovery Program. Before joining The Entrepreneur’s eSource, Steve was an owner of Serv-U Stores, Inc., a family retail chain of stores in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. Serv-U consisted of True Value home centers, auto supply stores, wallpaper decorating centers, baby furniture, and locksmiths. As Operations Manager, he was involved in marketing, buying, personnel and sales.
