Danielle Danilov is an enthusiastic HR Consultant whose passion for building exceptional workplaces is immediately evident. Her deep knowledge of HR widely ranges from organizational design to compliance. A natural leader, Danielle skillfully manages initiatives at all levels of an organization towards successful HR outcomes. Prior to her tenure with Insight, Danielle was Assistant Vice President and Senior HR Business Partner at Enterprise Bank.
She earned both her BBA in Finance & Operations Management and MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Societies. Danielle is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management.
As a member of the Account Management team, Francesca is involved with various client projects, while simultaneously assisting clients who contact the HR. Solved.SM Center looking for answers and advice on a wide array of HR-related topics. Specifically, Francesca responds to client inquiries regarding various topics such as employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits, training and development, and recruitment. Francesca uses her generalist skills to provide guidance and counsel that is customized to the specific needs of her clients and their businesses.
Prior to joining Insight, Francesca was a Human Resources Administrator for BNY Mellon – Eagle Investment Systems and also served as a Human Resources Intern for the U. S. Department of the Interior, Office of Strategic Employee Development.
Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
