Don's started at Crosby's in 1980 as a deli clerk, and shortly after moved up to the dept manager. During his tenure at Crosby' he has held many positions including front end service, store manager, operation manager and is currently buyer/merchandiser for seafood/deli/bakery/kitchen and packaging. If a store is being acquired or remodeled, he is the "go to person" to ensure a smooth transition. His vast responsibilities also include coordinating Serv Safe, scheduling a yearly Allergen class and working with the local board of health departments.
When he is not working don likes to spend time with his family at their lake cottage fishing, kayaking and hiking.
