As his first executive order last January, Governor Baker launched the Community Compact program as a way of strengthening the Baker-Polito administration’s partnership with communities. These mutual agreements between the Commonwealth and individual towns or cities to implement best practices are under the direction of the Community Compact Cabinet, headed by Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito.
