Connecting Your Business to the Commonwealth
In FY2016, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts spent $4.75 billion on goods and services, which were purchased from Statewide Contract vendors (prime contractors). The Commonwealth’s goal is to ensure that diverse businesses participate in this spending either as prime contractors or through a wide range of partnerships with prime contractors. This workshop, conducted by the Operational Services Division, provides an overview of the State’s goods and services procurement process, the Small Business Purchasing Program, and the Suppler Diversity Program.
