Share Business Growth Strategies, LLC

Bruce Share is Managing Director of Share Business Growth Strategies LLC, which helps position businesses to increase revenues, profitability and raising capital through his business expertise, customized business plans, teaching and mentoring.

Bruce’s consulting and business planning expertise is based on his being intimately involved in building and growing businesses for 40 years, from multibillion dollar business units in a large corporate environment, to start-up and early stage companies in a variety of industries, from foreign governments to non-profits. He has experienced virtually every aspect of building and growing a business, and knows how to build a business around virtually any product or service.

Prior to starting his consulting practice, Bruce was a senior level financial and administrative manager and strategic planner at Bank of Boston Corporation. He helped facilitate a corporate-wide strategic plan, wrote and helped execute business plans for multi-billion dollar domestic and international businesses, and led the development, incorporation and merger/acquisition of several smaller internal businesses and subsidiaries.

Bruce has spent over 20 years in the entrepreneurial world, providing his expertise to start up and existing businesses. One of his most interesting clients was the government of Kuwait, which hired Bruce to author and present a business planning seminar to Kuwaiti bankers as part of the government’s post-occupation initiative to train Kuwaitis to run Kuwaiti industries.

His teaching credentials include presenting seminars for the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Northeast Region. He has been an ad hoc instructor at Fisher College teaching a course on International Management, a guest lecturer at Entrepreneurship classes at Babson College, Boston College, Bentley University and Fisher College, and has been a judge in the Babson College undergraduate and graduate business plan competitions for the past several years.

Bruce is Secretary of the Defeat Diabetes Foundation, and Secretary of its Board of Directors and the Board’s Finance Committee. He has a Bachelor of Science (Finance) from Long Island University, plus a Master of Business Administration degree and a Certificate in Advanced Management Studies from Babson College.
