Would you like to know how to become a vendor for the Commonwealth? In FY 2017, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts spent in excess of $5 billion on construction and goods and services that were purchased from Statewide and non-statewide contract vendors. The Commonwealth’s goal is to ensure that diverse businesses participate in this spending, either as prime contractors or through a wide range of partnerships with prime contractors. This workshop, conducted by the Operational Services Division, provides an overview of the State’s goods and services procurement process, the small Business Purchasing Program and the Supplier Diversity Program. | FREE
