These are exceptionally difficult times for businesses experiencing the impact and uncertainty of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We would like to assist our business community by conducting this Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Impact Survey. The impact data that you can provide is valuable to federal, state, and local leaders as they make resource response decisions. We will share this data with them.

Bonnie has 30 years of proven entrepreneurial and leadership experience across multiple industries; 13 of those years with P&L responsibility. Her success in launching new ventures both internally and externally is supported by her unique blend of experience as a successful entrepreneur, general manager, and strategy consultant. She has worked with both large and early stage companies including: Frito-Lay, Pillsbury, Estée Lauder, Ross Stores, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital (Atlanta).

Bonnie was the co-founder of Hellas International, Inc. where she developed the preeminent brand of Greek specialty foods in North America. She successfully sold that company to Krinos Foods in 2004. Following the sale of Hellas, she founded her early stage business advisory services, DKH Business Advisors. After 10 years working with entrepreneurs, Bonnie founded GF Solutions, a gluten-free private label and contract manufacturing company based in Methuen, MA. GF Solutions has its own proprietary formulations in the breads, pizza, and baked goods categories serving regional and national customers. She currently serves as its Managing Partner. Bonnie also sits on the Boards of several food products companies.

Bonnie received her undergraduate BS degree from State University of New York at Plattsburg with a double major in Business Administration and Communications. She earned her MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and was a Fellow at the Industrial Research Unit. She has served as a judge for Penn’s annual business startup competition for the past 8 years. In 2015, she was invited to become a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier comprised of women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality.

In addition to his financial responsibilities, Mr. Rowen leads development of the company’s
products and methodology. He also supports the growing network of NAVIX consultants by helping
them obtain and service exit planning clients. Prior to NAVIX, Mr. Rowen was an investment banker
at VRA Partners, where he managed mergers and acquisitions for middle market technology and
industrial companies. It was in this capacity that he gained an appreciation for the positive impact
that a well-constructed exit plan can have on business owners and their families.
Prior to VRA, Mr. Rowen spent eight years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, a leading regional
investment bank, where he earned recognition from both the Wall Street Journal and Institutional
Investor Magazine for his work in the supply chain and technology sectors. Earlier in his career Mr.
Rowen spent nine years as a management consultant, for a variety of industry leaders, including
Coca-Cola, Motorola, Henkel AG and Celanese Corp. Mr. Rowen is also a founder of RepairPal, a
venture capital backed company that has become the leading web provider of independent auto
repair estimates, with more than one million monthly unique visitors. Mr. Rowen earned his
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and his Master’s
in ME from Georgia Tech. Mr. Rowen also studied towards a Ph.D. in Marketing at Stanford
University’s Graduate School of Business. Chris and his wife, Nancy, whom he met during his
undergraduate studies, are enjoying life after raising their two children, Thomas and Rebecca.
During his free time, Chris enjoys the outdoors while cycling or playing golf. When he cannot be
outside, Chris can usually be found playing guitar, or building something in his workshop.
