Workshop Spotlight: How Can I Grow My Business?
March 3, 2023 9:30 amYou’re a small business owner. Maybe you’ve just started out or perhaps you’ve been around for a few years already and feel your business is ready for the next step. Either way, you’re faced with the same daunting question; how do I grow my business?
It’s a crucial answer for a successful entrepreneur but not always an easy one to find. Googling the question can be helpful, but what if the answers aren’t tailored to your specific business needs? And what if you have follow-up questions or don’t know exactly what to ask? Do you just keep searching and searching until you spiral down an internet rabbit hole until you log out of your computer overwhelmed and even more confused than before?
That’s why you should instead sign up for our in-person workshop “How Can I Grow My Business?” Being held on March 30th from 8:30 am to 10:00 am at the Enterprise Center, this ninety minute workshop could provide you with the answers you’re looking for.
Free, engaging, and interactive, this workshop might just be your solution to expanding your business. You’ll learn to evaluate what is working well for your business and develop a roadmap for growth. Meet fellow entrepreneurs, network, and share innovative business ideas and tips.
The workshop will be led by Robert Schick, a SCORE Certified Mentor and successful businessman who can offer advice and firsthand experience you won’t be able to find online. His list of business accomplishments is extensive; he has been President of both Dobbs Boston and Skyr Skiwear. He was the Project Manager for CYRK and even managed the marketing project for MARS during the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
In other words, he’s worn many hats and has considerable experience in the business world. As the guest speaker, he is more than happy to share his knowledge and advice with you and other workshop attendees looking to make their own mark in the business world. His areas of expertise are extensive, as they include marketing, importing, public relations, sales, operations, retail, and wholesale trade. During the workshop’s question and answer segment, he’ll be able to answer your questions that were perhaps too specific for an internet search, assuming you didn’t discover your answer beforehand.
