Speakers:

Donna Denio, Principal, S&D Global Partners; Dieter Reuther, S&D Global Partners.

Donna Denio is a communication specialist and team-builder. As the business development director for an international architectural firm, she recruited, integrated and catalyzed joint-venture and consortium partners to secure and execute major design commissions for laboratory and hospital complexes.  Her search for tools to break down barriers between people, create a shared value system and align team goals connected her with the Lego Serious Play process.  Donna completed a diploma course in designing and facilitating programs based on the Lego Serious Play methodology.   She is a principal of S & D Global Partners, holds an MBA from Northeastern University and studied architecture and interior design at the University of the Philippines.

Dieter Reuther helps organizations balance creative chaos with structure to bring the best out of teams and individuals. Prior to 12 years in Design Operations at Ziba, a global innovation and design consultancy, he ran his own product design firm in Munich, Germany. His passion for continuous improvement of systems and processes, for making connections between apparently unrelated ideas and for fostering innovative concepts drives his collaborative nature. The success of play-based methods and story making exercises in his practice led him to Lego Serious Play. Dieter is the principal of Cast Collective, holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University, Munich, Germany, and a Masters in Business Administration from George Fox University, Portland, OR.
