A self-funded start-up, LocalGinger grew 75 percent per quarter during its first year and was used by hundreds of smallbusinesses. Before LocalGinger, Arik spent three years as COO of DNSstuff, a leading web application used by over one million IT professionals. Prior to that, he was President of MindBranch, a leader in market research distribution, backed by Village Ventures and sold to MarketResearch.com in 2005. Arik began his career as a marketing executive at Hyatt International, expanding the hospitality company’s loyalty program worldwide. Louise Trottier is Senior Vice President, Retail Banking at TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank leading a 100 retail store network in Massachusetts.
During her 30 year career, Louise has developed strengths in sales management, business development, customer experience, retail operations, retail lending and people development. Most recently, she provided strategic direction and leadership of the Rhode Island de novo market.
Louise’s banking career began in deposit and retail operations. She advanced into retail positions of increased responsibility including management roles as a Store Manager, Director of State Operations for Shawmut Bank NH, and Director of Retail and Small Business Banking for TD Bank in NH, VT and Upstate NY. Over the course of her career, she has experienced many industry changes including managing through an FDIC assisted bank failure.
Louise is passionate about community service having been a member of the Merrimack Rotary Club, City of Nashua Capital Improvement Committee, and board member for Special Olympics NH. Additionally, she has held many community service leadership roles including Board Chair of NH Partners in Education and Nashua Adult Learning Center. Currently, Louise is a board member for Covenant Health System, a Catholic Healthcare System sponsoring hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living residences in New England. She is the current Board Chair at St. Joseph Healthcare, Nashua, a full service Catholic health care facility with a 200 bed hospital.
Louise enjoys spending time at her lake house with her family, boating, biking, sailing, snow and water skiing.
Pam is President and CEO of LVCC, Inc., a business consulting firm that advises investment management firms, non-profits and other entities on business development, strategic planning and organizational issues. She has more than 30 years of sales and management experience in financial services and investment management. Prior to forming LVCC, Inc. in 2003, Pam was Senior Vice President at State Street Corporation where she managed investment relationships with mutual funds, corporate and public pension fund investors and led State Street Global Advisors’ Charitable Asset Management Department serving non-profit organizations. Pam began her career in investment management at Citibank and has also held sales, marketing and management positions with several other global investment firms in the New York City area.
Ms. Scott is a former director of Danvers Bancorp, Inc., holding company for Danversbank (DBNK) which merged with Peoples United Bank in June, 2011. She served as chair of the Wealth Management Committee. She had previously served as director of Beverly National Corporation, holding company for Beverly National Bank since 2006 prior to its merger with Danversbank in 2009. As a corporate director, she is an active member of the Boston Chapter of Women Corporate Directors and the National Association of Corporate Directors – New England Chapter.
Ms. Scott also has an extensive history of support and involvement with non-profit organizations in education, social services, performing arts, healthcare and professional associations. She was appointed trustee of Salem State University in 2009 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley and The Boston Club, an organization of senior professional women. She has also recently served as an Overseer of the Tuck School of Business , President of Girls, Inc. of Lynn, Director of Celebrity Series of Boston and the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP) and President of NASP-Boston Chapter.
Ms. Scott holds a BA in Economics from Rice University and an MBA in Finance from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

She received her BFA in painting from the Massachusetts College of Art and her MFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. She has been a guest juror and guest speaker at numerous museums, colleges and not-profit art organizations in the region including The Griffin Museum, Mass MoCA, Montserrat College of Art, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Rhode Island School of Design, Provincetown Art Association and Museum, and Massachusetts College of Art.
Dan Blask is an Artists Program Coordinator for the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC). For the MCC, Dan writes about Massachusetts art and artists for the ArtSake blog, and he coordinates grant programs for individual artists, including grants for filmmakers and writers of fiction, nonfiction, dramatic writing, and poetry. Dan received his MA in Creative Writing (Playwriting) from Boston University and lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
