What Our Rapid Growth Project Companies are Saying about their Experiences •

Six interactive, three and a half hour seminars will be held every other Friday from 8:00 to 11:30 AM beginning September 23 and ending in March 2012.   Learn important strategic and tactical actions you can take to positively impact your growth and profitability.  You will create your own Growth Action Plan and put it to work immediately.  Our sixth seminar is a mid-year gathering for updates on each action plan and strategy for the future.

Seminar 1 – Sept 23 : Stages of Growth & Scaling Your Organization
Learn why some business owners can successfully grow their business while others struggle to scale…and what you can do to ensure growth at your firm.

Seminar 2 – Oct 7 : Strategy, Marketing and Idea Generation for Business Owners
Discover why even owners of small businesses must develop a clear strategy to grow their business, and how marketing and idea generation play a role in setting specific strategic goals.

Seminar 3 – Oct 21 : Customers, Competition and Practical Market Research
‘Build it and they will come’ simply doesn’t work, and never has. Customer needs must always drive a business forward. This seminar will teach you how to conduct solid customer and competitor research on a shoestring budget.

Seminar 4 – Nov 4 : Driving Profitable Growth
Driving revenue into your firm is not the best measure of success. You must learn how to drive profitable growth into your company. This session will also review key metrics you should be using to evaluate your success.

Seminar 5 – Dec 2 : Sales & Winning Value Propositions to Gain Customers
Too often business owners sell features and not benefits…which are what truly matter to customers. Learn how to better define your value proposition to gain customers and grow your business profitably

Seminar 6 — Mar : Mid-Year Growth Action Plan Review
This is your opportunity to review challenges you've had implementing your plan as well as opportunities the plan has generated that empower your company's growth. You'll receive feedback from the instructor and your colleagues that will help fuel the next stage of growth.
