That’s why the Enterprise Center is offering you the Rapid Growth Project—a concentrated three part program—that teaches the skills and strategies you need to manage and thrive in a fast growth environment. Now in its second year we know that the Rapid Growth Project works.
We understand that your time is valuable and scarce. The program is designed to maximize results and minimize your time commitment.
This is what our three part full year Rapid Growth Project offers:
- Six intense morning seminars focused on key growth challenges. You will come out of these seminars with a Growth Action Plan for your business. Click here for descriptions of each seminar.
- A complete mentor program—each company is assigned an expert mentor who will work with you one to two hours per month for a year at a mutually agreeable time and place. Click here for the list of 2010 mentors
- Special CEO Group of other growth company owners who meet one morning a month for a full year to discuss their challenges and help each other. All CEO groups have a facilitator.
Who is eligible?
Business owners and CEOs whose company has has grown 20 percent year over year or is rebounding rapidly from the recession and seeing strong future expansion—particularly if current revenue is from $1 million to $25 million-plus—we would like to hear from you and talk directly with you about how we can meet your needs.
