Our 53,000 square foot office building includes a number of suites now available for tenants. This is first class office space and includes free parking, use of conference and training rooms and a shared kitchen and dining area. The Enterprise Center offers a welcoming environment for tenants and clients alike.
 
The Enterprise Center also offers shared office space which includes all the amenities of a full time office including free wifi, locked file cabinet, access to conference rooms, mailbox and more. Click here for more information.

Spaces Available:

  • Suites of 200sq ft, 350sq ft and 445sq ft are now available.

  • This is the first office space that has become available in almost a year and will go quickly!

  • Shared office space $150 per month

  • Free use of our three conference rooms seating up to 12 people and all include whiteboards.
  • Reduced rates on our training rooms seating a maximum of 130 people.

  • Use of Common Areas including kitchen (cafe style seating, microwave oven, sink, dishwasher, vending machines and refrigerator).      

We encourage our tenants to take advantage of the many free programs offered by the Enterprise Center and also by Small Business Development Center, located in the building. The SBDC is a valuable resource offering free one on one business planning advice.
