Our 53,000 square foot office building includes a number of suites now available for tenants. This is first class office space and includes free parking, use of conference and training rooms and a shared kitchen and dining area. The Enterprise Center offers a welcoming environment for tenants and clients alike.

- Free use of our three conference rooms seating up to 12 people and all include whiteboards.

- Use of Common Areas including kitchen (cafe style seating, microwave oven, sink, dishwasher, vending machines and refrigerator).
We encourage our tenants to take advantage of the many free programs offered by the Enterprise Center and also by Small Business Development Center, located in the building. The SBDC is a valuable resource offering free one on one business planning advice.
