Everyone in your CEO group will be a CEO of a  growth company participating in the Rapid Growth Project.  The Rapid Growth CEO group will hold confidential monthly meetings where the goal is to build a climate of mutual trust and openness that enables all group members to talk and learn from one another.  Competitors are not in the same group.

We are particularly pleased to announce that the facilitator of this group will be Jocelyn Snell, recognized as one of Boston’s top ten executive coaches. Snell is the founder of Professional Career Solutions, a Boston-based career management consulting business specializing in executive coaching, career strategy/assessment and leadership development.  She has strong entrepreneurial business start-up experience and has worked in industries from high technology/manufacturing to health care, financial services, and non-profits.
