The Massachusetts Earned Sick Time law went into effect on July 1, 2015 imposing new obligations on employers with full-time, part-time, seasonal and temporary employees. This workshop will address which employees are covered, whether or not the leave is paid or unpaid, and how to accrue and track time off.
