Joshua Jarvis is a Partner in the Boston office of Foley Hoag LLP, specializing in a full range of complex trademark and copyright matters, including U.S. and international trademark searching, clearance, registration and enforcement. He oversees a portfolio of several thousand trademark filings worldwide for a pool of local, domestic, and international clients across all industries, including in the agriculture, restaurant, and food/beverage space. Josh has a particular affinity for intellectual property issues related to domain names, social networks, and new media, representing clients in connection with domain name disputes, social media enforcement procedures, and proactive trademark, copyright, and advertising risk management in the social media space.
