Nick Paleologos, head of the Massachusetts Film Bureau, will talk about the impact of the new tax credits available to companies doing films in Massachusetts. Nick Paleologos is a two-time Tony Award wining producer and recipient of an Emmy Award for the HBO film “In the Gloaming”. Paleologos is the producer of both the London and Broadway production of Iam Flemmings’s classic movie musical “Chitty, Chitty, Bang Bang”.

PS The Mass Film Office recently announced that the Walt Disney Co. is planning to shoot a movie called "The Proposal," starring Sandra Bullock, on the North Shore. Disney has set up a production office at the Cummings Center in Beverly.
