If you are writing a business plan for the 2012 North of Boston Business Plan Competition, this free workshop will ensure your plan meets the criteria for the event. Discussion of the elements of a sound business plan will include operations, sales and marketing, financial statement projections and more. Whether you are new to business plan writing or have prepared plans before, this workshop will help you learn a simple but effective framework for focusing your ideas and defining your business goals. Each participant will receive a copy of the SBDC Business Planning Guide. All plans are due by February 24, 2012 by 5:00pm.
